At GBK Tattoo , we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy for your peace of mind.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition and packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays) with return instructions.


Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • Carefully pack the item(s) in secure packaging
  • Include your order number inside the package
  • Ship the item(s) to the return address provided by our support team

Returns must be shipped within 30 days of the original purchase date.


Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost
  • No restocking fees will be charged

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email notification confirming receipt
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Late or Missing Refunds

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Tattoo ink
  • Tattoo needles
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Beauty-related products (for hygiene reasons)

Tattoo Machine Warranty & Returns

  • Unopened tattoo machines are eligible for return within the standard return period

All tattoo machines come with a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery (excluding damage caused by misuse or accidents).

If your machine has an issue:

  2. Provide:
    • Order number or purchase email
    • Description of the issue

We will:

  • Verify your warranty status
  • Coordinate with the manufacturer
  • Provide troubleshooting steps or a suitable solution

Each case is handled individually based on the manufacturer’s policy.


Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at gbktattooshop@gmail.com with your order number and relevant photos. Once approved, you will receive return instructions, and a replacement will be shipped after we receive and inspect the item. For issues caused by our error, we will cover the shipping cost; otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Certain items such as tattoo ink, needles, and custom products are not eligible for exchange.


International Orders & Customs

For international returns:

  • Customers are responsible for customs clearance cooperation
  • Any losses caused by failure to cooperate with customs are the customer’s responsibility
  • We can provide required documents upon request
