Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and estimated shipping date.

Once your order has been shipped:

  • A Shipment Confirmation email will be sent with your tracking number(s)
  • You can track your package using the provided tracking link
  • Tracking information is typically updated within 1–3 business days

If your order has passed the estimated shipping date and you have not received tracking details, please contact our Customer Support via email or live chat.

We work with trusted third-party logistics providers to deliver orders worldwide.

  • Shipping Area: Worldwide
  • Shipping Method: Standard international shipping (no expedited options available)

Shipping Fees:

  • Orders under $149 USD: Flat shipping fee of $15 USD
  • Orders $149 USD and above: Free Shipping

For bulk orders (more than 5 items), freight shipping may be arranged separately.


Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

Estimated Shipping Time:

  • United States: 4–15 business days
  • Other Countries: 7–19 business days

Total Estimated Delivery Time:

  • United States: 4–18 business days
  • International: 8–22 business days

Please note:

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • We do not control or estimate these fees

Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple packages for the following reasons:

  • Items are shipped from different warehouses
  • Separate packaging reduces the risk of damage
  • This helps optimize shipping efficiency

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

  • Check around your delivery location
  • Check with neighbors or building management (if applicable)

If you still cannot locate your package:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation
  • We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier

Claims reported after 30 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.


Delivery Notes

  • Some carriers may mark a package as delivered up to 24–48 hours before actual arrival
  • International shipments may be delayed due to customs clearance
